Does MyFleet work with my current ELD?+

Yes. MyFleet integrates with major ELD providers for HOS data and GPS-based IFTA. ELD Setup inside the app walks through the connection. If your provider isn't on the list, we typically add it in 2–3 weeks.

Can I migrate from KeepTruckin / Motive / Samsara?+

Yes — we offer free migration as part of the bundle plan, including driver records, asset records, historical loads (CSV), and IFTA history. Most fleets are fully cut over in an afternoon.

Do you support Class 8 / heavy-duty operations?+

Yes — heavy-duty is what we built for. MyFleet's compliance, DVIR, IFTA, and asset management are designed around Class 8 trucking, not adapted from a delivery-van tool.

How does the factoring integration work?+

You connect your factoring partner once. From the Invoices screen, select invoices, submit for funding, and track status in-app until paid. We don't take a cut of factoring revenue — your factor handles you directly.

What does the driver app run on?+

Web-based, mobile-optimized. Works on any tablet or phone with a browser — including the $89 Android tablet you already gave your driver. No app store install, no IT department needed.

Can I run MyFleet without MyShop?+

Absolutely. MyFleet is a complete fleet operations product on its own. The MyShop integration is optional — it earns its keep when you also run a service bay or use a partner shop that runs MyShop.
