How does Enterprise include MyFleet?+
MyShop Enterprise at $399/mo includes MyFleet for your first 20 trucks at no extra cost. If you have more than 20 trucks, each additional truck is $15/month. So 30 trucks on Enterprise = $399 + (10 × $15) = $549/mo.
What's the difference between Enterprise and buying MyShop Pro + MyFleet standalone?+
MyShop Pro is $249. MyFleet standalone is $199 for 20 trucks. Buying them separately = $448/mo for 20 trucks. MyShop Enterprise at $399 saves you $49/mo and gives you the real cross-product integration (shared customers, PM → work order automation, unified cost reporting).
Why is MyShop flat-rate but MyFleet per-truck?+
Shop billing is based on operational complexity, which is roughly flat. Fleet billing scales with truck count because each truck is a revenue-generating asset that needs tracking.
Do you charge for users, integrations, or support?+
No. Unlimited users at every tier. Every integration listed is included. Support is included. The number on each card is the number you pay.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
We email you 3 days before the trial ends. If you don't add a payment method, the trial expires and we keep your data for 30 days. No auto-charge, no surprise bills.
Can I cancel anytime?+
