Terms of service

The deal
in plain English.

These terms cover anyone using CircleLogix.com or the MyFleet and MyShop products. We tried to keep this readable. If anything is unclear, call us.

Who we are

CircleLogix, Inc. (“CircleLogix,” “we,” “our”) builds and operates the MyFleet and MyShop products and the marketing site at circlelogix.com.

What we provide

A subscription to MyFleet (fleet operations software), MyShop (shop management software), or both as the Enterprise plan. The price you see on the pricing page is the price you pay. No hidden fees, no per-user upcharges, no integration paywalls.

We work hard to keep the service up. We'll tell you if there's a problem. If we're down for a sustained period, we'll credit your account.

Your data is yours

Anything you put into MyFleet or MyShop — fleet records, customers, work orders, financials — belongs to you. We use it to run the service. We don't sell it. We don't share it with third parties unless legally required or unless you've explicitly connected an integration that needs it.

You can export your data at any time as CSV. If you cancel, we'll hold it for 30 days in case you come back, then permanently delete it.

Payment, trials, and cancellation

Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. We'll email you three days before the trial ends.

After the trial, you pay monthly in advance. You can cancel any time — call (734) 377-2117 or click cancel in the app. No early-termination fees, no annual contracts unless you opt in for the annual discount.

What you can't do

You can't use the service to do illegal things, harass people, store malware, mine cryptocurrency on our infrastructure, or attempt to break into other accounts. If you do, we'll terminate your account.

You also can't resell or white-label the product without a written agreement.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties beyond what's legally required. We're liable to you for direct damages up to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages — like lost profits, lost data we couldn't reasonably have prevented, or business interruption beyond what we've agreed to in our service-level commitments.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Disputes go to courts in Michigan, unless we both agree to arbitration.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll email you and give you at least 30 days' notice. Continuing to use the service after the notice period means you accept the updated terms. If you don't, cancel anytime.
