What we collect
and what we don’t.

From the marketing site: Standard request logs (IP, browser, referrer) for security and traffic analysis. If you submit the trial form, we collect company name, your name, email, and phone.

From MyFleet and MyShop: The data you put in — fleet records, customers, work orders, financials. Plus account metadata (when you log in, what you click) for support and security.

To run the service. To answer support questions. To detect fraud and security issues. To send you operational emails about your account.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models for anyone outside CircleLogix.

Sub-processors we use to run the service:

• Vercel — hosting and content delivery
• Postgres (managed): primary database
• QuickBooks:only if you've connected it; only the data you've authorized
• Twilio, Resend: SMS and email delivery for customer notifications (your customers, not you)
• Stripe / Square: payment processing for shops collecting from customers

We'll share data with law enforcement only when legally required (e.g., subpoena, court order). If that happens and we're permitted to tell you, we will.

You can export your data from the app at any time. You can delete your account, and we'll purge your data within 30 days. If you're in California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy rights, you can also request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@circlelogix.com.

The marketing site uses minimal cookies — only what's needed for the site to work. We don't run third-party ad trackers. If we add analytics later, it'll be privacy-focused (e.g., Plausible) and we'll update this page.

Account data: as long as your account is active, then 30 days after cancellation.

Trial form submissions: 24 months, then deleted.

Logs: 90 days unless tied to an open security investigation.

CircleLogix is a B2B product for adult business operators. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If we find out we did, we'll delete it.

We'll email you 30 days before any material change. The effective date at the top updates every time we publish a new version.
